About the event

What happens when leadership perspectives shaped by different markets and cultures meet Lithuanian business?

In this discussion, four executives whose professional perspectives have been shaped across different countries and business environments will share their experiences of leadership, adaptation and working across cultures. We will explore how Lithuanian workplace culture compares with other markets, what feels distinctly Lithuanian, and what international experience can teach us about the way we lead, communicate and do business here.

Expect an open conversation about leadership, cultural differences, communication, expectations and the moments when different business cultures meet.

Discussion participants:

Antonio Pineda – Spanish executive and BMI Alumni member with 20+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and business transformation, including over eight years leading BALTO print.

Renato La Fianza – Italian finance executive and ex CEO of PayRay Bank, with previous experience at Mediobanca, UniCredit and Merrill Lynch.
